My humble attempt.....it is important to know that the dye will lighten 3x as much from the wet paint look to final fabric.
I'll enhance this with bright colored thread.
My eye, face study....so much to learn and the details are done with thread.

Finished the "improv piecing" dyed scraps from Barb who challenged us to make a small quilt for out Guilds mini-quilt auction at the Quilt Show in March. Now how to quilt....here's one idea.
