Then we "fussy cut" dyed or batik fabrics to form various plants to
accentuate the scene.
Gloria was so helpful to all of us needing more design direction and she even painted some on mine to add more texture.
Now its ready for the stitching - for me that's the fun part. Various needles and threads were reviewed along with sewing techniques. A short demonstration on stitching ideas and tension adjustment was so helpful. Stitching highlights are done on a four-way tear away interfacing. Thank you Gloria for a great class.
