I finished another small Quilt using the technique on a recent The Quilt Show by Ricky Tims. My challenge was to take a piece of fabric, extend the design out as Quilt stitches, and finish with a wavy edge.
This is addictive if you have beautiful fabric. I will definitely make more as I love the challenge of extending the fabric design into the quilting design.
Here's a recent finish, well the hexagonal top is done. It's only one of many to make an 88" Quilt top. Obviously since it took me 2+ years to get this far, I'll be making a table topper instead. I love the bright fabrics.
