Inspire Art

Yesterday the Friendship Knot and Modern Quilt Guilds had a quilt display at the Inspire Art Alliance festival downtown Sarasota. The focus was on kids performing and the many groups that have supporting programs; local theaters, opera, orchestras, dance, ballet, Ringling College of Arts etc.

Mote Marine, Art Centers, and heritage groups also presented programs. We were between the Bulgarian and Scottish groups and both did performance dance!

Our bright color quilts livened up the area! 

I enjoyed watching some students draw a live model at the Ringling College of Art.
