At the Sarasota Modern Quilt Guild Retreat, we exchanged "quarter" flower blocks. I added some of my black and white fabrics to the flower blocks so they would have a cohesive look. All are fused so I just outlined to secure them in black thread. I love how the black and white sets off the flower colors and the green grunge fabric is one of my favorites. Wool batting. Superiors 100 wt thread echoed in flower blocks and 50wt green in border. Free motion quilted.
