Welcome to Carol Byrnes Quilts!

Also known as CBQ for short. I love quilting and share many of my quilts through the years on my blog Quilt Reflections. Lately I've been exploring the digital design trend by designing fabrics, quilts, and stitch outs. This new website will follow this interest as technology changes influence my ongoing love of quilts.  I use the Graphic app on my iPad, Prostitcher Premium on my longarm, and Art and Stitch on my laptop.

How are these programs used?
The Graphic app is where I design fabric, patterns, and even stitch-outs that can be imported into Art and Stitch which is a digitizing software. ProStitcher Premium on my longarm is where the stitch-outs actually happen. 

Many ask "how did you.....?" and now my teaching page outlines classes to learn the Graphic app on iPad. Lectures inspire creativity and ideas of my latest on the Gallery page.  With these three programs your creativity can soar to new levels! If you can lay it out on "paper" you can print, make and quilt your own designs. If you have any questions about my quilts and/or availability to teach, please email me using the contact form.
